Welcome new swimmer! We're really looking forward to seeing you!

What to Bring

  • Swimsuit & Towel – We ask that you please do NOT use the hotel's pool towels so as not to create additional work for the housekeeping staff.
  • Quality goggles will be provided if you do not already own properly fit, high-quality goggles.
  • Swim Cap – Recommended for swimmers with longer hair.
  • Non-Slip Deck Shoes – Water shoes are preferred; avoid flip-flops.
  • Swim Diapers – For students under 3, we require two layers of swim diapers under the swimsuit.

Pool Etiquette

Upon Arrival
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
  • One adult per family on deck; avoid bringing siblings if possible.
  • Use restrooms to change; no public changing.
During the Lesson
  • Escort your child to the instructor, then observe quietly.
  • Do not enter the pool or hot tub.
  • Clean up any water tracked into corridors.

Tuition Rates Per Student

Group lesson (2:1 ratio) $32.50 per class
Private lesson (1:1 ratio) $55.00 per class

Registration Fee per Family

New family $40.00
Returning family $20.00

Holiday Closings

We are closed on these holidays (no tuition charged):

  • New Year’s Eve & Day
  • Easter, Memorial Day (Sun/Mon), July 4
  • Labor Day (Sun/Mon), Halloween, Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve & Day

Payment Procedures

New Families
  • Two months of tuition due at registration.
  • Pay by mail, online (ACH), or card (3% fee).
Ongoing Tuition
  • Invoices emailed on the 23rd of each month.
  • Tuition due by the 8th of the following month.
Important: 30 days notice required when exiting the program.

Absence & Makeup Policies

Absence Policy
  • Up to 4 makeups per student.
  • No refunds for absences.
  • Makeups must be used within 30 days.
2-step procedure:
  1. Email before the missed class.
  2. Call to reschedule within 30 days.
Vacation Policy

One "Vacation Pass" per 3-month period with 14 days' notice.

Code of Conduct

  • No use of hotel amenities (towels, hot tubs, etc.).
  • Only one adult on deck; no changing on pool deck.
  • Respect hotel staff and fellow clients.

Misconduct may result in removal from the program and hotel premises.
